In Memory

In Loving Memory of Peg Cadd

Founder of Lav13 • Beloved Wife and Mother • Giver of Joy

Peg Cadd was the heart and soul behind Lav13. She passed away unexpectedly in September 2024, leaving behind not only a thriving lavender farm and business—but a legacy of love, creativity, and kindness that touched everyone she met.

Lav13 was never just about lavender. It was Peg’s way of spreading joy and peace to the world, one bundle, one bottle, and one customer at a time. Whether you visited the farm, stopped by the shop, or received a gift made by her hands, you likely felt the warmth of her spirit woven into everything she did.

Though Peg is no longer with us in person, her spirit lives on in the rows of lavender she planted, the products she crafted with care, and in the hearts of her family and community. We, her family, are committed to continuing her legacy. While the business may look a little different, and the scale smaller, our mission remains the same: to share the joy and beauty Peg gave so freely.

What’s Next for Lav13

  •  We will continue to grow lavender on a smaller scale

  • We will continue to make Peg’s beloved products using her original recipes.

  •  The shop is currently closed, but online ordering will be available soon

  • A new designated pickup location will be announced shortly

Thank you for your patience, your continued support, and for honoring Peg’s memory alongside us. Lav13 was Peg’s gift to the world—and now, it is our gift to her.

With lavender love,

The Cadd Family
