About

Our Story

As a Milton transplant, Peggy Cadd has lived in Milton for over 25 years and loves the community! Peggy wanted to create a fun space that brings people together, creates joy, and offers a space for the community.

The idea of Lav13 began in 2019 when the first lavender plants were planted. Lav13 opened their farm to the public and started hosting events in 2023.

The space currently offers the Harmony Circle of Lavender, a baseball field, kids activities, artisan and lavender shop, and a workshop space. Renovations are under way on the commercial kitchen, a small barn, and patio expansion.

Beyond Lav13, Peg & Rick have been married for over 45 years and raised 16 kids and fostered over 200 children.
